1.What are your shipping time?

Our average shipping times are 5-14 days for standard dropshipping.

If your product requires customization, add an additional 2-3 days due to account for production time.

2.Can you have us to buy the product from the supplier?

Sure, you can give me the product link, supplier info, we can help you contact, buy and pay. If you donot have supplier, you can give us the product photo, we can help you find it, and give you the price.

3.Can you help us custom packaging and logo?

We can do almost any customization you would like for your brand—everything from custom packaging, thank you cards, stickers, and so much more.

The only requirement for customization is placing an MOQ (minimum order quantity). If you need, we can talk more details about it.

4.Do you have warehouse in US or Europe?

Yes, we have a local warehouse, if you need to store goods locally, you can communicate with us. In this mode, your cost is relatively high, we suggest that stable sales of products can be handled by the local overseas warehouse model.
